Iridium Rolled Sheet Description
There are generally four methods to produce Iridium Sheet: melting and forging, powder metallurgy, physical vapor deposition and chemical vapor deposition. The first method is suitable for preparing larger sizes and thicknesses; the second method can prepare high-performance foils, and can accurately control the composition and performance; the third and fourth methods are very suitable for preparing high-precision, ultra-thin iridium foils for use in microelectronics, optics and other fields. They undergo multiple forging and rolling during the processing process to ensure that the product thickness meets customer requirements.
